School Planning and Management Team / School Improvement Team
The school planning and management team is a representative team of teachers, teacher assistants, parents, and administration that meets the 4th Tuesday of each month from 3:00-5:00, in the administrative conference room, to be sure the school improvement plan (SIP) is being implemented. SPMT/SIT makes decisions regarding budget and policy while being careful to ensure those decisions support the SIP.
